Windrays was the very first forum mod, made such back in 2003 before the forum reboot. He was made a moderator in order to run the Character Tournament. Since then, he was a section moderator of the General One Piece forum until becoming a global moderator some time later.
In 2007, upon figuring out that college was more work than he thought, he quit, only to rejoin again in 2008. Shortly after this, though, he disappeared for a time, until around mid-2010.
In 2011, he finally quit for what might be the last time, now having a full-time job. He, however, still remains active as an advisor to the newer mods and members.
